FAQ

Common questions from schools planning robotics, coding, AI, or competition preparation sessions.

Do students need previous coding experience?

No. Workshops can be designed for complete beginners or for students who already have coding experience.

Can this workshop support our coding club?

Yes. We regularly support coding clubs, robotics clubs, and student-led STEM groups.

Can you help us prepare for the UNSW Robotics Competition?

Yes. We can provide practical guidance on coding, robot control, project planning, and AI-based activities.

Do we need to buy robot kits first?

Not always. If your school already has MRT Robotics kits, we can use them during the workshop. If not, we can recommend a suitable school package.

Can teachers join the workshop?

Yes. We encourage teachers to join so they can continue supporting students after the workshop.

Is the workshop onsite or online?

Both options are available. Onsite workshops are available in Sydney, and online sessions can be arranged for regional or interstate schools.

Ready to run a robotics or AI workshop at your school?

Whether your school is starting a coding club, preparing for a robotics competition, or introducing students to AI and robotics for the first time, MRT Robotics can help you create a practical and engaging learning experience.
